Here at the Walden Reflecting Pond, we enjoy watching the stars dance across the water as we ponder the significance of the resources we have found for our Walden Course. To that end, we created a rating system that allows us to be "guided by the stars". Below, is our 5-Star rating system for evaluating Internet resources for instructional use in the Information Age:

This resource is not one I would recommend for professional work, but it is interesting.


This resource requires you to do a significant amount of searching to find how you can use it in the classroom.


This resource is a good site. It has a lot of useful information if you have the time to read through everything.


This resource is great. You can even take your students to it.


This resource should be added to every school's webresources page. It is amazingly easy to navigate and the information is relevant to anyone who wants further information on the topic.
